If you have been happy with the plastic surgeon’sservice and results you experienced with our company we would really appreciate it if you would give us a 5 star rating (click the stars so they appear gold) and a positive comment that explains your experience with us. After you submit your review you will be asked to log in or create an account and an email from RealSelf will be sent to you asking you to confirm the submission.
Creating a new RealSelf account is easy. Who you are is completely anonymous, unless you actively choose to make your real name public. We are certainly not asking you to reveal who you are, but if you choose to reveal your name, it will certainly carry more weight in terms of credibility. The Username you choose, WILL be made public. To stay anonymous simply choose a generic username. (i.e.fabulousme43) You will also need to enter an email address that you can access to click on the confirmation link they will send you.
