Eastern Wisconsin Plastic Surgery Patients:

From Hwy 94 West: From Milwaukee take Hwy 94 West for approximately 60 miles, exit 4A on the left to merge onto I-39 South/I-90 East toward Janesville. Continue for 3.8 miles and exit onto 142A on the left merging onto US-12 West/US-18 West (locally known as the Belt Line) toward Madison. You will follow this Hwy for 16 miles traveling into Middleton WI where you will take exit 251A on your Right toward Spring Green / La Crosse. At the bottom of that exit ramp you will turn Right onto University Ave., keep right and continue straight through the first lighted intersection (as that is the entrance ramp back onto the Hwy). Take the 2nd lighted intersection to the Right onto Deming Way. Parfitt Facial Cosmetic Surgery Center is on the Right about 1 mile from the intersection of University Ave. and Deming Way. You will pass Costco on your left just before turning into our parking lot on the right which we share with a large green and white colored restaurant Quaker Steak and Lube.

Illinois Plastic Surgery Patients:

From Chicago, IL follow I-90 West to Madison about 140 miles. Take exit 142A on the left to merge onto US-12 West/US-18 West (locally known as the Belt Line) toward Madison. You will follow this Hwy for 16 miles traveling into Middleton WI where you will take exit 251A on your Right toward Spring Green / La Crosse. Take exit 97A for I-39 toward Chicago/Milwaukee for .5 miles. Keep left at the fork to continue on I-39 South for 6 miles. Take exit 142A to merge onto US-12 West/US-18 West (locally known as the Belt Line) toward Madison. You will follow this Hwy for 16 miles traveling into Middleton WI where you will take exit 251A on your Right toward Spring Green / La Crosse.
