HOW TO APPLY
Please view details about the position and apply online.
We are not currently hiring for any other position, but we will always gladly accept resumes for any of the positions described below and keep them on file for opportunities that become available in the future.
Medical Aesthetics Specialist
This position requires a licensed Nurse or Aesthetician who is highly organized, energetic and positive, who loves working directly with people, and desires to join an extremely successful and rapidly-growing cosmetic surgery and dermatology practice. This position performs Botox and dermal filler injections, laser skin treatments, skin resurfacing and prescriptive skin care, as well as assisting in the surgical suite. If not experienced in cosmetic dermatology or the operating room, you will receive on-the-job training by Dr. Parfitt and other clinicians in the practice. Beyond people skills and initiative, typing and basic computer skills are an advantage since we are a “paperless” office. For those nurses who have worked with Medicare and insurance companies, you’ll be pleased to know that due to the elective nature of our medical services, we rarely have to work with either of these entities.
Client Care Coordinator
This position requires a person who is personable, courteous, efficient and organized, with a soothing voice and extensive phone skills. Typing and computer skills and attention to detail are required. Personal experience with facial plastic surgery and non-surgical treatments is highly desirable.
OR Technician
OR Technician hours are typically part-time 12 to 32 hours per week with occasional overnight hours required. Most surgeries are done on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, but may occasionally be required to come in on Mondays or Fridays. The OR technician is responsible for the preparation and organization of the surgical suite and medical supply inventory, in addition to assisting Dr. Parfitt in all surgical cases.
Patient Care Coordinator
This position requires considerable “people skills”, as well as organization skills and attention to detail. The Patient Care Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to make the experience of each surgical patient as positive and as smooth as possible, from their first consultation to their post-surgical follow-up appointments. Responsibility for working directly with Dr. Parfitt to improve and maintain the processes and procedures of the surgical side of the practice is also an integral part of this position. Typing skills and computer skills are an advantage since we are a “paperless” office.
