Virtual Consultation
Patients from around the world have benefited from Dr. Parfitt’s expertince in facial plastic surgery. While an in office consulation is always preferable for both Dr. Parfitt and the patient we understand that this in not always possible.
Prospective patients who find it difficult to travel to either our Appleton WI, or Middleton WI offices have the opportunity to schedule a “virtual consultation” with Dr. Parfitt via FaceTime, Skype or other web based video services. During this virtual consultation Dr. Parfitt will discuss which procedures would best address your concerns, and advise you on which facial procedures are best to achieve facial harmony before you travel a long distance or fly to Wisconsin for surgery. After your virtual consultation, Dr. Parfitt’s Surgical Coordinator will email you a quote for services as well as supporting materials about the procedures and booking policies.
Out of town patients will be scheduled for their pre-operative appointment at least one day before surgery to meet with Dr. Parfitt in-person, and will need to stay locally through all their post-operative appointments. To book a virtual consultation please complete the Virtual Consultation Intake Form or use the contact form to reach Dr. Parfitt’s Surgical Coordinator. You will be requested to upload or email photos with a detailed description of your concerns and goals for Dr. Parfitt to evaluate prior to your consultation.
How to take photos:
– Another individual should take these photos of you
– Stand in front of a blank wall or background
– Photos should be full-face head shots (from top of head to collar) from the front and also the side
– Do not smile in photos
– Make sure photos are clear and not blurry or distorted
